Knowledge pillar
Autonomous company
In this experiment, an autonomous company is not a website with agents attached. It is a business that discovers demand, delivers value and earns revenue with zero employees, while human construction and intervention remain measured rather than hidden.
The target is $1,000,000 in annual revenue, zero employees and no more than $50,000 in starting capital. These are experiment constraints, not current achievements. Revenue, demand and operational autonomy require separate evidence.
Three layers must not be collapsed
System deployment shows that infrastructure exists. Operational autonomy shows that a bounded process can run without an operator. Business autonomy requires the system to create and capture economic value. Evidence at one layer cannot be used as proof of the next.
Humans do not disappear from the accounting
Humans designed, configured, corrected and deployed the current system. That work is Human Build Time. If a later operation needs no human action, its Human Operating Time may be zero while build time remains greater than zero.
What would count as progress
Useful progress connects an agent operation to demand discovery, delivery, payment or repeatable economics. More orchestration code is not automatically company progress. The record must show what business hypothesis the system was built to test.
Evidence in the public record
